CIRQ recertifies M3 Global Research to ISO 20252 through April 2029
The healthcare-panel operator's audit body extends its market research quality certification for another three years.

CIRQ, the ISO audit and certification subsidiary of the Insights Association, recertified M3 Global Research to the ISO 20252 standard on 1 June 2026. The certification runs through April 2029 and covers M3's market, opinion, and social research operations across multiple global business units.
The recertified entity sits inside M3 USA, Inc., which groups M3 Global Research, QQFS, m360 Research, Ekas, and All Global under one operating umbrella. M3's panels include healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, and general consumers, and the company provides recruitment and research support services in more than 70 countries.
CIRQ's announcement listed the units covered by the new certificate, beginning with M3 USA Corporation (doing business as All Global and as M3 Global Research) and extending to M3's UK operation. The audit body is headquartered as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Insights Association, the US trade body for the consumer insights industry.

ISO 20252
is the international standard governing process quality in market, opinion, and social research. Recertification audits assess project management, data collection, fieldwork controls, and reporting against the standard's requirements. M3's last certification cycle has now been extended by roughly three years. The next checkpoint is the audit cycle ahead of April 2029, when M3 will need to renew. In the meantime, the certification scope (multiple named legal entities across the US and UK) gives sponsors a single reference point when validating panel suppliers under their own vendor management frameworks.
