Datasite, the M&A infrastructure provider, has partnered with Hebbia to let shared customers analyze content from Datasite's virtual data rooms directly inside Hebbia's AI platform, according to a release on GlobeNewswire dated October 20, 2026. The integration targets dealmakers running due diligence against large document sets, with outputs described as verifiable and source-linked.
Datasite operates one of the larger VDR footprints in M&A. Hebbia sells an AI retrieval and analysis product aimed at financial services, with a core pitch built around citation of source documents rather than free-form generation. The integration, as described in the release, routes Datasite-hosted content into Hebbia's query interface so that diligence teams can run questions across a deal's document set without exporting or re-uploading files.
The integration is available to Hebbia customers with active Datasite projects. Approved users select a Datasite project and analyze its permissioned content in Hebbia, and Datasite permissions continue to control what each user can access. Hebbia's announcement adds that teams sign in with their own Datasite credentials and can sync one or more projects at a time.
In the release, Nicholas Renter, Datasite's senior vice president of strategic growth and partnerships, said the partnership lets deal teams work from data room content when investigating risks and preparing deal materials. Paul Boland, Hebbia's head of content and partnerships, said "a data room holds one part of the picture," and that Hebbia analyzes it alongside a firm's prior deals, public filings and market data, with every answer linked back to the source document.
