Heron Intelligence launches Heron Events for post-earnings primary research
The former Blue Heron Research Partners is pushing interview-based event coverage into the first hours after a print, with distribution through Daloopa, Carbon Arc, and three other platforms.

Heron Intelligence, the investigative research firm formerly known as Blue Heron Research Partners, launched Heron Events on September 29, 2026, a primary research product built to deliver expert interviews, transcripts, and analysis in the hours immediately after an earnings report or material corporate event.
The product will be distributed through five data platforms, including Daloopa and Carbon Arc, according to the company's announcement carried on PR Newswire.
Heron frames the offering as event-driven corporate insight: interviews with people around a company, synthesized and shipped while the market is still digesting the print. The release describes the delivery target as "within hours following an earnings call."
The product sits on top of Heron's broader repositioning. In March 2026, the firm rebranded from Blue Heron Research Partners to Heron Intelligence, signaling a shift from a pure investigative research shop into a platform combining proprietary data, investigative work, and AI tooling. The firm's long-running public records practice remains part of the stack.

Distribution through Daloopa and Carbon Arc is the more interesting mechanic. Daloopa is used by fundamental analysts to populate models from filings and transcripts; Carbon Arc is an alternative-data marketplace. Dropping event-driven primary research into those pipes puts Heron's content next to the data an analyst is already pulling into a model on earnings night, rather than requiring a separate inbox or portal check.

What to watch: the first full earnings season under the new product (Q3 2026 reporting, running October through mid-November), the identity and seniority of interview subjects Heron can field on a same-day basis, and whether the three unnamed distribution partners surface in subsequent announcements.
