Maywood connects PitchBook private-market data to its finance AI agent
The integration wires PitchBook's private company records into Maverick, Maywood's proactive agent for dealmakers.

Maywood has integrated PitchBook's private capital market data into its AI harness, the company said in a November 10, 2026 press release. The tie-up routes PitchBook records through Maywood's proactive agent, Maverick, giving investment bankers, corporate bankers, and other financial services users a sourced private-company layer inside the agent's suggestions.
The PitchBook Essential Connector exposes more than 30 firmographic fields per private company, according to the release. Those fields feed Maverick when it drafts suggestions, tracks a target, or flags a signal for a deal team. The release does not disclose commercial terms, seat coverage, or which Maywood customer segments (investment banking, corporate banking, private credit, wealth, audit) will see the connector first.
Maywood positions itself as a proactive AI layer for finance workflows, spanning investment banking, commercial banking, lending, private credit, private equity, wealth management, auditing, and business development. PitchBook is the private-markets data business owned by Morningstar.
