Rogo acquires AI meeting assistant Arvo
The deal folds a finance-tuned meeting transcription layer into Rogo's platform for deal teams.

Rogo has acquired Arvo, an AI meeting assistant built for financial institutions, according to a Dealroom item published yesterday. Terms were not disclosed.
Arvo transcribes and processes meetings for bankers and investors, with finance-specific terminology recognition, templates, and integrations with industry systems of record. The product ships configurable controls for retention, meeting restrictions, sensitive content, disclaimers, and administrative oversight, features positioned in the announcement against generic note-takers that struggle to clear institutional compliance requirements.
Arvo was founded by Kunal Valrani, previously an investment banker and investor at The Raine Group, and Umer Haider, an engineer who worked at Capital One, StubHub, and GrubHub. The company reports deployments across blue-chip financial institutions globally and thousands of meetings powered to date.

Rogo, which builds AI tooling for deal teams, gains a meeting-capture layer that pipes verbatim dialogue and structured meeting outputs into the workflows its platform already serves. The acquisition consolidates transcription and downstream analysis inside one vendor rather than stitching together a general-purpose note-taker with a separate finance-native surface.
